About Us
Established in 1972, Poynton Round Table is a men’s social group with a simple goal: have fun, make friends, and give back to the local community.
We’re a group of volunteers who come together to organise events, try new experiences, and raise money for local causes. Being a tabler is about saying yes: to new activities, new people, and new ways of supporting our community.
Have Fun Trying New Things
We believe life’s better when you step outside your comfort zone. Over the past few years, our members have taken part in everything from wakeboarding, rock climbing and go-karting to brewery tours, escape rooms and comedy nights. There’s always something going on, and there’s always room for a laugh.
Meet New People and Build Lasting Friendships
Round Table is as social as it gets. Joining our group means becoming part of a local, national and international network of friends. Many of our members form friendships that last well beyond their time at the table.
Work Together to Give Something Back
Giving back is at the heart of what we do. Each year, we raise thousands of pounds for local charities by organising, supporting, and getting involved in fundraising events that make a real difference in our community.
